That was one of the most boring hockey games I've ever watched. Jeff Carter is the only Kings forward who looks like he has any skill. Kopitar's wings are dragging him down.
I know Nashville is a great defensive team and Rinne is one of the best
goalies in the world, but there is no excuse for the complete lack of
offensive production the Kings are getting. I am starting to think it's time to call up Toffoli from the farm. I know Lombardi wants to give the championship team a chance to play their way out of this but some of those forwards look like they are skating through mud and swinging at the puck with golf club heads in place of the stick blades.
They better come out and play better than that against the Quacks Saturday night.
