Highlights
•Conn Smythe Trophy winner Justin Williams remains the franchise's point total leader in the Cup Final after scoring the opening goal in Game 5. He is in pretty illustrious company along with Gretzky and Robitaille as the only players in franchise history thus far to average a point a game in their careers in the Final.
•Dwight King has surpassed Luc Robitaille in career points and is only 1 behind Wayne Gretzky (yes, he's played more than twice as many SCF games, but still, he's Dwight King).
•Alec Martinez joined Jeff Carter as the only Kings with more than 1 game-winning goal in the Final. Carter has 3, Martinez 2.
•Tyler Toffoli managed to collect his first career SCF point on the last play of the series, the primary assist on the GWG. For only getting a single point, he had an amazing series and if the Kings can get back to the Final in the next few years, considering that he is only 22 years old, I expect him to rocket up this list. The same can be said of his cohort Tanner Pearson who the Rangers somehow kept off the score sheet the entire series. Don't expect anyone to ever limit them to 1 point between them again if these guys get back.
•Jonathan Quick now has an 8-3 all-time record in the SCF with a .939 save percentage and 2 shutouts. Yeah, that's pretty good.
