Changes Since Last Week
•The Kings have dropped from 2nd in the Pacific to 3rd as the Canucks overtook them
•The Jets have overtaken the Blues but St. Louis has three games in hand and trail by only two points
•The Sharks have also overtaken the Blues and the Blues' game in hand would not be enough to catch them
•In the East, the Blue Jackets have overtaken the Hurricanes and Rangers (HAHAHAHA) to move into a playoff spot. The Rangers have only 1 game in hand on the team they now call #Lumbus. The Canes have three games in hand and are three points back.

Notes
•The last two Western Conference champs, the Kings and Canucks, would face off in the first round for the 3rd time in the last 4 years. (Just like it's set to happen now!)
•The only teams in the league with fewer than 10 regulation or overtime wins are Buffalo and Florida.
•I believe that with Detroit taking the 2nd Wild Card in the East this is the first time that we've been in a position where a team jumps into the other division for the playoffs as the Wings would face Pittsburgh (back-to-back Stanley Cup opponents just 4 and 5 years ago meeting in the first round!), thus moving into the Atlantic for the first two rounds of the playoffs, if they could defeat the Pens in Round 1.
•The only current playoff team forced who would not make it in the new set-up is the Rangers. The Blues are the only team currently on the outside who would get in.
